    Introduction

JMDA Analytic Pvt Ltd is an IT solutions and software development company that helps businesses navigate and grow within the digital landscape.

We bring together capabilities across web, software and mobile development, which lets us design solutions shaped around each client's specific needs rather than one-size-fits-all products.

Beyond core development, we support clients with CRM and ERP systems, billing and accounting software, inventory and warehouse tools, HR and payroll platforms, e-commerce solutions, cloud and hosting services, and AI-driven automation — helping organisations run smarter and grow with confidence.

    At the heart of it

Technology and business strategy work best when they move together. By aligning IT capability with business goals, we help organisations innovate faster, operate more efficiently, manage risk, and make decisions grounded in data.

Eighteen years of industry expertise, applied to software that businesses can actually run on.

That experience sits behind every proposal JMDA sends. It is the reason our first question is about your operation rather than your technology stack, and the reason we will tell you when a problem does not need custom software at all.

Those years were spent across retail, manufacturing, healthcare, travel, logistics, property and finance — enough different operations to know that the same problem wears a different uniform in each one. A stock discrepancy in a spice warehouse and a stock discrepancy in a home automation dealership are not the same problem, and software that treats them as one will be worked around within a month.

He stays close to delivery rather than above it. Scoping conversations, architecture decisions and the difficult calls on a live project still come across his desk, because those are the points where a project is won or quietly lost.

    From the
    Managing Director

When people ask what JMDA actually sells, the honest answer is not software. It is the judgement of the people who build it.

Code can be written anywhere and increasingly can be written by anyone. What cannot be commoditised is a team that has seen enough businesses to know which questions to ask in the first meeting, and which answers should worry you. That team is what we have spent our energy building, and it is the only asset on our balance sheet that appreciates.

We do not hire people to fill a project. We hire them for the projects we have not won yet.

So we invest in our people deliberately. Engineers here own their work end to end rather than being handed tickets — they sit in the discovery sessions, they hear the client describe the problem in their own words, and they carry that context into the build. Knowledge is shared openly across the team, because a company where only one person understands a system has created a risk, not an advantage.

We would rather grow slowly with people who stay than quickly with people who rotate. Our clients notice the difference: the engineer who answers a support call three years after go-live is often the one who wrote the module.

    On the long view

Every decision we take is measured against a simple question — will this still be right in five years? It is why we will recommend proven, well-understood technology over the newest option when the newest option buys you nothing. It is why we document as we build. And it is why our AMC and support relationships matter as much to us as new business does.

A software company that lives on one-off projects has to keep selling to survive. A software company that clients stay with for a decade can afford to give honest advice, including the advice that costs it a sale. We have chosen to be the second kind, and it shapes everything from how we quote to how we hire.

    What we are building towards

    • A team that grows in capability, not just in headcount
    • Client relationships measured in years, not deliverables
    • Systems our clients can still extend a decade from now
    • Advice that is worth having even when it loses us the work

If that is the kind of technology partner you are looking for, the conversation starts on the last page of this profile. I read those enquiries myself.

    Build

The four services most projects start with. Everything else in this profile plugs into one of them.

    Website development

Business and company-profile sites, e-commerce, portfolio and landing pages, CMS builds on WordPress, web portals and responsive design.

    Web application development

Custom web apps, admin panels, customer and vendor portals, booking systems and SaaS applications.

    Mobile app development

Android and iOS, built natively or with Flutter and React Native — including hybrid and enterprise mobile apps.

    Custom software development

Tailor-made business software, desktop and enterprise software, and automation tools built for a process that is specific to you.

    How we scope it

Discovery first, then wireframes and UX flows, then a clear plan — before a single line of code is written. That sequence is what makes a fixed price possible without padding it.

    Data analytics & dashboards

Power BI dashboards, sales, financial and inventory analytics, Excel automation and MIS reporting.

    AI & automation solutions

AI chatbots, OCR, invoice data extraction, document processing, workflow automation and LLM integration.

    Where automation lands first

Invoice and document extraction is usually the quickest win: the work is high-volume, rule-bound and currently done by someone re-typing a PDF. Human review stays in the loop on anything below a confidence threshold.
